Tengo features a more traditional Japanese style - Light & Clean.

It consists of Hotate (w/ Nikiri & Kombu), Akami -(w/Sesame Seed, Nikiri & Spring Onion), Salmon (w/ Nikiri & Wasabi Furikake), Toro (w/ Nikiri & Negi), Crab (w/ Kani Miso & Tobiko) & Engawa (w/ Yuzu Nikiri & Smoked Salt). Served on top of our Shari (Sushi Rice) seasoned with a traditional mix of Sugar, Vinegar & Salt.

Jigo features stronger flavours and a spicer approach to our RAPPU Signature Handrolls.

It consists of Hotate (w/ Nikiri, Kombu & Chilli Lime), Akami (w/Sansho Nikiri, Chilli Oil), Salmon (w/ Mentaiko Kewpie & Tempura Crumbs), Toro (w/ Nikiri & Spicy Leek), Crab (w/ Tobiko, Takuan & Kewpie) & Engawa (w/ Miso Mayo & Smoked Salt). Served on top of our Jigo Shari (Sushi Rice) seasoned with a dark vinegar mix for extra flavour and tang.
